Certifier
Des Lynch is a Registered Unrestricted Building Surveyor (NSW Registration No. BDC0238) with extensive
experience in fire safety upgrades, performance solutions and BCA compliance for both legacy and modern
buildings. With over 15 years as a Level A1 Accredited Certifier, Des has built a reputation for thorough
reporting, collaborative engagement with engineers and contractors, and outcomes that meet council, legal,
and industry expectations.
